We sincerely congratulate Anatolii Berchanov, a PhD student of the Department of Mathematical Modeling and Data Analysis, and his academic supervisor, Professor Volodymyr Barannik, Doctor of Technical Sciences and Professor of the Department, on the successful defense of the dissertation in the specialty 122 Computer Science entitled “A Method for Encoding Infrared Images Using Artificial Intelligence Models in Information Systems.”
