As part of the department’s research activities, a methodology for creating adaptive information management systems (IMS) was developed. This methodology is based on the concept of multidimensional information space and includes integrated modeling and technological tools. These developments have been successfully applied to the design and reengineering of SCADA systems at oil and gas production facilities in the Kharkiv region.
